Our Management Team
Our management team has a diverse experience and background in the communications and data centre industry with a knowledge base that combines high caliber engineering, facilities and network rollouts, and dedicated customer service.

Ross West
Network Manager for multiple ISPs, including a local ISP that was a pioneer of the intial DSL networking rollout, Ross has been involved in deployments of major Telecom firm network rollouts for ISDN, PIP, MPLS, and DSL networks.
Ross has a breadth of experience in advanced level network engineering, programming, project planning and delivering creative, custom solutions for clients ranging from multi national corporations to small business users.
He leads the tech team at CRS and oversees day to day operations and stability of the network.
Stephen DePaoli
Stephen is a customer service and operations specialist. He’s managed operations growth for medium sized companies that enabled them to keep their focus on delivering their prime objectives and solutions to their customers instead of being sidetracked by the challenges of growth.
Prior to CRS, Stephen was head of operations for a local ISP. Previous to that role, he was responsible for building the network of one of the largest online education firms in the world and was part of the team that deployed the communications network for Pizza Pizza in Canada.
Stephen works tirelessly to keep overhead costs low and customer engagements easy so we can communicate these savings back to our CRS customers.
Christopher Ridabock Jr.
Christopher is President of CRS Networks and is focused on Business Development, Overall Strategy, and Customer Engagement.
Chris was previously the President of CanXCentral Inc. an Independent Consultant for Technology Outsourcing based in Toronto, Canada. With a skill set that encompassed collocation, managed hosting, internet, voice and private networking, CanXCentral partnered with many of the large telecoms in Canada and the US.
Recognizing the challenges Small and Medium sized businesses have when attempted to secure customer focused solutions from these large telcos, Chris is trying to change the model of how communications solutions are delivered, serviced and managed by leveraging CRS’ nimble structure to deliver fast, stable, and efficient networking solutions to customers.
Current and past clients have included AT&T Corporation, PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada, the Ontario Collegiate Application Service, and Algorithmics Corporation.
Tuan Ta
Tuan is the Director of Business Relations and focuses on building solid relationships with customers, vendors and distributors.
He brings deep service provider experience in the healthcare sector, having owned and managed third party service delivery companies for institutional health care providers.
Tuan has in depth knowledge in combating malware, phishing, and online security threats and leverages over a decade of experience in overseeing security resources for CRS.
Tuan has built a solid foundation with CRS clients and will continue to seek new business opportunities that continue to positively differentiate CRS Networks from competitors.
